It's FINALLY here (after quite the life delay!) .. Welcome to Week 4 of 4 Weeks of Gentle Living! Join me as I guide you across a 4-part actionable series to slow down and restore your beautiful highly sensitive self! In the final week of this series, we explore somatic-based practices to support you OUT of the head and back INTO your body.
As HSPs, we spend much of our time in our heads- thinking, analysing, processing, planning.. and can often forget to bring awareness to the physical body. In week 4, I encourage you to reconnect with your body through somatic-based practices to reduce the physical effects of anxiety and facilitate a sense of safety and calm.
